About the Facilitators:

Megan Foster
Megan Foster is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a passion for supporting others in their healing from eating disorders. Megan began practicing yoga with her mom as a kid, and later found the practice again as a way to heal her relationship to her body in her early 20’s. Her background in social work and emotional healing informs the way that she teaches yoga, aiming to create a safe, healing experience for the body, mind, and soul, and helps all people to feel what their body needs in the moment.

Brogan Rossi
Brogan started her yoga journey while living abroad in New Zealand with her husband in 2013. She worked at a yoga studio and quickly fell in love with the community the practice brought with it. Since then, Brogan has received both her Yoga Sculpt license and 200-hour RYT license from Core Power Yoga. Yoga has transformed her life by reducing stress, creating a safe and welcoming community, and increasing her overall devotion to self-care and wellbeing.
