Unhealthy boundaries can be a major catalyst in the cycle of Binge Eating Disorder. In this workshop Courtney Burleigh, LCSW will discuss:
- How poor boundaries impact our relationships and activate loss-of-control eating.
- The cyclic nature of binge eating and how it relates to trauma responses, stigma, and interpersonal relationships.
- Practical methods to interrupt binge eating by creating positive, structured boundaries in relationships.
Please note a diagnosis is not required to attend these workshops. If you are concerned that you may be struggling with an eating disorder you are welcome to this webinar.
