Join us as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Supervisor Meredith Nisbet explores the impact of generational, familial, and relational patterns in the context of eating disorder recovery. Meredith will discuss weight-inclusive ways to process and reclaim your relationships while supporting or pursuing recovery, and will address special topics such as couple relationships and eating disorders in mid-life.
